Conductive (Anti-Static) Trays for Packaging, Storage, and Transportation of Electronic Components and Products

Electronic products are composed of numerous electronic components. These components must be protected from static electricity during production, storage, and transportation to prevent damage. Therefore, the equipment used for packaging, storage, and transportation trays must have conductive or anti-static surface properties. Our products are primarily made from PP, PS, and PET as base materials. Using coating production lines imported from abroad and unique coating technology developed by Prolixin, we treat the surface of the base materials to achieve conductive and anti-static effects (distinguished by resistance value range). Finally, we produce sheet rolls suitable for blister packaging with good heat-sealing properties, making them the best choice for the production of CPU chip storage and transportation trays.
